About Me

Kanica Suy is a Talent and Literary Manager, and Career Consultant for emerging actors, writers, and directors. She is able to leverage two decades of experience in the entertainment industry to guide as needed.

As the Founder of Cultivate Entertainment, Kanica manages a diverse roster of domestic and International based clients across acting, writing, producing and directing in film and television. Her clients have worked with major broadcast networks, Disney+, Amazon Prime, Apple+, Hulu, and Netflix, showcasing her ability to guide talent towards success.

Giving back is a priority to Kanica and so she continues to mentor and offer her time to help others. She is an alumna and board member of Inner-City Filmmakers, a non-profit organization aimed at helping low-income and minority youth learn and procure jobs in the entertainment industry. She also volunteers to teach yoga at her community library.

As a multi-faceted leader in her field, Kanica holds a Master of Fine Arts in Psychology from Antioch University, Los Angeles, and a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of California, Los Angeles. In addition, Kanica has also been invited to facilitate workshops, and be a keynote speaker on panels about the Business of Acting, and various industry related topics.
