Kanica Suy is a dedicated advocate for the inclusive practice of yoga, firmly believing in its accessibility to all individuals regardless of body type or ability. Initiated into yoga to alleviate lower back discomfort stemming from horseback riding, Kanica swiftly recognized its profound impact on both physical wellness and mental resilience. Notably, she persevered to attain her yoga instructor certification amidst surgery to repair and heal a fractured and dislocated left wrist. Kanica currently teaches gentle flow and sound meditation at her community yoga studio and local library. She is also available to teach group privates and for non-profit causes.
